Oxy Tigers RFC Sponsorship Proposal 2004 Season

Dear Partner:

The Oxy Olde Boys Rugby Club is seeking tax-deductible corporate sponsorship for its year 2004 season in the 2nd Division of the Southern California Rugby Union. Sponsorship offers the "Partner" an exciting marketing opportunity to an excellent demographic base. The Oxy Tigers Rugby Club will be playing some 15-20 league, non-league, and tournament matches not counting this year's union, regional, national playoffs and Summer Sevens Season . The Club will also be touring to Ireland the end of May 2004 for a Sevens Tournament

The club was founded in 1977 and boasts an impressive history of rugby successes. Here are some of our most recent achievments:

The club is composed of 50 active team players and an additional 50-150 past and/or inactive members. The team's demographics include multi-national, multi-racial players from United States, Wales, South Africa, France, Kenya and Canada

. The club is composed of a diverse collection of occupations including those working in the Entertainment Industry, Information Technology Professionals, Teachers, small business owners, and students.

The exposure of a sponsor will include local (Southern California), national media, and even global (website) coverage. Fox Sports broadcasts a weekly 2-hour national rugby program, "Championship Rugby" with game highlights and scores of league, playoff and tournament matches .Sponsors logo placement On all team clothing including, Game Jerseys, warm-ups, kit bags etc. Sponsors will also have Banner placement of sponsors logo at all Rugby fixtures for the entire season, including Sevens 's summer tournaments, preseason Tournaments and all Oxy Rugby Club tours national and international. Sponsors will also have Company banners placed on the OXY Rugby Website as well as mention at all Oxy Rugby
Functions.
